Yes. When you choose yearly billing, you save 10% compared to monthly payments.
Bookkeeping Process
At the start of each month, you upload your bank statements, invoices, and receipts. We handle categorization, reconciliation, and reporting, then deliver your monthly financial reports within 5–7 business days.
Each client receives a secure digital folder every month with reconciliations, reports, and all backup documents. Your folders mirror QuickBooks, so your records stay clear, consistent, and easy to access at tax time.
Our Catch-up and Cleanup service brings past periods current by fixing errors, closing gaps, and aligning your books with actual statements. Once your accounts are accurate, you can move smoothly into regular monthly bookkeeping.
Payroll and Integrations
We don’t process payroll directly, but we record and reconcile payroll reports from your provider to ensure all wages, taxes, and benefits appear correctly in your books.
Yes. We connect systems like Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, and Square directly to QuickBooks to automate data flow and maintain accurate, real-time records.
